As you know, we self-performed on this project and completed the installation with untrained volunteers in about 10 days. We found the installation to be as advertised – a reasonably straightforward and logical “building block” approach. Your engineering plans were accurate, and the installation drawings and instructions were easy to understand. We greatly appreciated your exceptional over-the-phone support.  You always had the answers and a clear commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.

Now that the seats have been installed, and the building has been in use for a few months, we can say that there have been no post-installation surprises. On building tours, we typically mention that the risers are made of foam with poured concrete, and people seem to be surprised, and impressed.
