Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas

The Cinepolis Laguna Niguel is a retrofit of an existing seven screen cinema in Southern Orange County, CA. The project is a 39,700-square-foot project with seven movie screens with luxury recliner seating, food and beverage service and reserved seating. The architecture was by SMS Architects and the General Contractor was Swinerton Builders. The project is a standard 12 GA seismic PREFOAM System and was constructed in 2014. In 2015 SSE will complete our second project for Cinepolis located in Jupiter, FL.
