The Essex Crossing development in Manhattan will cost an estimated $1.1 billion in the Lower East Side. It will be a mixed-use development featuring a collection of over 1,000 new residences, 400,000 sq. ft. of office space, and 450,000 sq. ft. of retail space, including a BRAND NEW 14-screen Regal Cinema Theater at the corner of Delancey and Essex Streets. There will be stadium seating platforms, modern luxury recliners, and other amenities to keep up with the demand for luxury movie theater renovations and construction including alcohol and food service within the auditoriums.
